runningfearless:

My sister is a beautiful soul and sent me, through express mail, an “I-love-you-and-hang-in-there-box”. This is most of the letter that she attached with the parcel. It might not mean as much to others, but I hope all of my followers can take from this wonderful advice. I was genuinely moved by her words and absolutely ASTOUNDED that I am blood-related to this magical human being.
supportivesloth:

A spoonful of frosting or a whole tub of ice cream? Excellent. An apple or a bowl of salad? Also fantastic.
I hope your today is better than your yesterday.

The Irrational City by Paolo Cesaretti
Positioned in the courtyard of Palazzo Bembo Gallery in Venice, Italy, this eye-searing neon light installation asks what is irrational in the city? And is it possible that irrationality and at its root the holy religion of mathematics, the underlying basis of reality? Is this an electric alter in the night, or a lurid invitation to a meaningless fling?
